Kristy Kilbourne, Principal,
MES (Pl.), MCIP, RPP, AICP
With over 15 years of experience working in a variety of planning, policy and development-focused roles, Kristy's professional expertise spans from high-level policy development to site-specific planning solutions.
Kristy works with public and private sector clients, leading and supporting planning and development projects. As a Professional Planner, her primary focus is on achieving the best possible planning outcomes for clients and the community. Beyond project work, she is passionate about advancing the planning profession—mentoring fellow planners, helping them excel in their careers, and fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence in the field.
Michael Ricci, Land Use Planner, MA (Planning)
With a robust background in environmental and urban studies gained over six years of undergraduate education, along with recently completing a two-year master's degree focusing on design and inclusive placemaking.
Michael has significant experience in private-sector consulting. His work includes preparation support for the Ontario Land Tribunals, and addressing minor variances by collaborating with property owners. He also conducts research, writes, reviews due diligence reports, and handles planning and development approvals.
